As far as refunds go. I filed a claim for some pictures they busted en route to my home. Got a check in less than a week. It was only for $60 but regardless it was quick.
Not betting on their stock but just a heads up that they treated me pretty good and a solution came quick. All I needed was to show proof that I sent it with them, and receipt of the item.
